3-5 Years experience in FMCG with thge following:
- Control & Discipline Production staff/shift
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance
- Effective operation of all plant machinery & equipment
- Compile records of raw materials
- Testing, monitoring & recording of beverages
- Timeous reprting through job cards, breakdowns, delays etc
- Safe working conditions
- Continious liaison with Lab
- Performing minor maintenance work when required

Due to the excellent sales results, staff earns above-average salaries which include a basic salary plus incentives. The staff is highly remunerated for their individual efforts. This makes our sales environment unique in that each person can determine their own salary. Currently our take-home salaries range from R9000.00 to R35000.00 per month. The average take-home salary is approximately R15000.00 per month.
