    1. Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in science or a closely related field and one to two years experience.
    2. Work requires the analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems OR design relatively complex systems and programs.
    3. Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations
    Experience Required
    Experience in pathology technical laboratory operations preferred.

    5 years of managerial experience in hospital clinical laboratory performing complex procedures
    1-2 years supervision of staff
    Main Duties
    Monitors test results, equipment, and laboratory information systems. Designs and implements the laboratory safety program, including hazardous waste management, chemical hygiene plan, and injury prevention program. Patient Safety: Accountable to promote an organizational culture of safety and ensure appropriate patient safety
    Salary Range
    11 000.00 +Bens (Neg on Exp)

    Requirements:
     Preferably a Occupational Health qualification and at least 2-6 years experience in an occupational healthcare environment.
     A dispensing license.
     Audiometry qualification (with update in instruction 171).
     A primary healthcare certificate (would be an advantage).
     Good computer literacy in Excel, Word, E-mail and Windows XP.
     Good communication skills.
     ATLS / ACLS course or extensive “out of hospital” emergency care / trauma experience.
     HIV/Aids counseling and treatment experience.
     Own transport and accommodation.
     A sense of urgency and business commitment.

    •Create and amending registration dossiers as necessary for local and regional requirements for submission to the regulatory authorities in the Southern African Region, approved by Regulatory Affairs Manager.

    •Monitor, collect and interpret regulatory issues and trends that will impact our products, policies and procedures in the Southern African Region.

    •Interface with government agencies and industry associations in South Africa to assess the impact and implementation of required company compliance with all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labeling and production for our products.


    • Tertiary qualification in EH & S
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
    • Good knowledge and understanding of Government and local authority legislation
    • Computer literacy
    • Good communication, planning and people skills
    • Attention to detail, meticulous, accurate and good investigative skills
    • Accurate recording and reporting.
