1. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
2. Professional Engineering License
3. 3 Years or Substation Design Related Experience
4. Requires a comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge and demonstrated excellence in substation/control engineering principals and considerable knowledge of other phases of engineering.
5. Must be able to direct, coordinate, and review the work of a staff of engineers, technicians, and designers.
6. Must have considerable knowledge of economic analysis methods, budgeting procedures, and company policies, rules and regulations.
7. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of utility engineering practices and procedures, construction methods and material specifications.
8. Uses considerable judgement and originality and solves unusual problems with a high level of independent decision-making.

• Carry out electrical repairs on Plant and Machinery.
• Carry out planned maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Attend to electrical breakdowns on Plant and Machinery.
• Carry out modifications on Plant and Machinery.
• Perform stand-by duties as scheduled.
• Update electrical machine drawings after modifications.
