Responsibilities include:
- Installation and configuration of new Linux systems
- Remote troubleshooting and customer assistance

Skills Requirements:
- Familiarity with Debian
- Linux and Windows networking configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of standard Linux tools (rsync, ping, traceroute, ssh)
- System debugging skills
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Linux services and the associated protocols, including:

Provides A Costing Function For Value Stream
Closes Shop Orders And Investigates Variances
Assists In Preparing Information For Production Report
Analyses Labour Variances
Analyses Backflush Control Accounts.
Reconciles Balance Sheet Accounts
*Minimum qualification will be Matric preferably with maths and accounts
*Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
*Experience in dealing with staff and matters relating thereto
*High organizing skills
*Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly deadlines re met
* Answering of a small switchboard.
* Serving refreshments.
* General office admin ie; faxing, filing, photocopying.
* Attend to walk-in clients.
* Typing of general correspondence
* Assist Legal Secretary with any administration.
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
• Minimum of 3 years sales managerial experience
• UK work experience (our clientele is British so this is essential)
• Call centre managerial experience (advantageous)
• Proven record of previous in-house training (advantageous)
