    Cold calling prospective clients;
    Calling on existing identified Strategic clients;
    Calling on your own corporate contacts that require training;
    Make three to five customer calls out of the office on a daily basis;
    Selling the full range of our training and consulting services with regards to IT(technical and end user) as well as Soft Skills;

    Assist directors with basic PA duties.
    Manage production - suppliers, chase deadlines, invoices etc.
    Basic bookkeeping functions in Quickbooks (Quotes, Purchase orders, Invoices, Statements).

    BIG WEDNESDAY has a vacancy for an experienced Account Manager. To be considered you need to be an accomplished Account Manager with experience in working within an integrated agency and be adept in nurturing client relationships. You'll also offer superior organisation skills and be confident at presenting marketing campaigns to clients.


    To contribute to the strategic success of the sales department;
    To achieve set individual target and yields;
    To generate weekly sales call reports for the National Sales Manager;
    Adhere to the Sales Operations and Protocols manual and other company policies and procedures
    Contribute to the development of the Sales Strategy and execution thereof
    Initiate, develop and maintain business relationships with key clients;
    Maintain cross-departmental (Editorial, Production, advertising and circulation, Marketing and Finance) relationships;

    The candidate must have a three year degree (or equivalent) in accounting and have experience in the preparation of accounts up to balance sheet as well as meaningful reports to be used by management. The candidate should have extensive experience in debtors and creditors, and preparation thereof, and as such will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable dealing with people on all levels. The ideal candidate must be extremely well organised and thorough in their approach. A working knowledge of MS Office is required.
