Bookkeeper/Admin Team Leader required at a well established Construction Company based in Lansdowne to provide an efficient accounting service up to trial balance. Previous experience in a similar role; knowledge of an accounting package e.g. Pastel; and the ability to manage a small team is required. We require an individual who is mature, energetic, meticulous and self managing for this role.

The duties of the post include the following, and are carried out in accordance with Policies and Procedures and/or as determined by Audit requirements:
1. Conducting Field Audits
2. Audit Reporting
3. Risk Based Management Consulting
4. Technological Literacy

Provides A Costing Function For Value Stream
Closes Shop Orders And Investigates Variances
Assists In Preparing Information For Production Report
Analyses Labour Variances
Analyses Backflush Control Accounts.
Reconciles Balance Sheet Accounts
*Minimum qualification will be Matric preferably with maths and accounts
*Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
*Experience in dealing with staff and matters relating thereto
*High organizing skills
*Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly deadlines re met
- Consolidated Budgets
- Subordinate Effectiveness
- Internal Audit
- Annual Financial Reports
- Correct and timorous Tax Information
- Costing effectiveness
> Must supervise 4-5 accounts staff.

> Must have 3-4years exp

> Must have B.Comm or Equivalent

>SALARY = R 15 000 00 - R 17 500 00 PM + Pension (7.5)+ Prov + Discovery (50/50)Contribution.

Minimum requirement are a matric, motor car and a laptop.
