Supports the Procurement Manager in executing strategies relating to high spend categories.Execute strategies required for categories/commodities of a lower spend value. Effectively Negotiates contracts identify and assist with the implementation of initiatives and process improvements in all areas (commodities, services and capital projects)Assist with the development of business cases to support opportunities within the BU. Research and analyse the market place and commodity/category information communicating with BU’s regarding market trends and conditions. Collect internal spend data required for decision making. Focus on customer service. In consultation with internal customers of the commodity/service, develop sourcing strategies that reduce the Total Cost of Ownership.

­Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
­Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or reservationsist would be beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
