The Cape Town Fashion Council (CTFC) is the first established fashion industry body of its kind, in South Africa, and aims to represent the Western Cape's fashion, accessory and footwear designers. The Council was formally registered as a non-governmental organisation in November 2006 with the aim of playing a key role in being the representative mouthpiece and common platform for the fashion industry in the Western Cape.

Print Design:
Typesetting, preparing and designing PowerPoint presentations and proposals, designing and preparing advertisements and advertorials for newspapers and magazines. Designing of all other marketing collateral, such as entrance tickets, tent cards, flyers, show bags, exhibitor manuals, posters, fact sheets, floor plans etc.

Online:
Designing of web advertisements and getting involved with projects for the Decorex SA, SAHC and Decorex Designer Hotels websites where needed. Design of (not coding) e-cards and material for e-marketing campaigns as well as assistance with e-zine (where needed). When training is provided to further skills in Dreamweaver, assistance can be giving with changes on the above websites.


Drive low cost/high awareness impact campaigns to drive sales
Ensure marketing programmes are strategic, measurable, sales driven and innovative, through the utilisation of new media and creative out of the box thinking.
Assist in formulation of external/external communications strategies and plans, with the emphasis on driving thought leadership pertaining to technology in Africa
Develop technology messaging and marketing collateral materials at industry and cross-industry group level
Defining and tracking metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing programmes and initiatives
Manage relevant marketing budgets as well as supervise direct/indirect support resources.
Overall responsibility for corporate website, other external Internet domains as well as client CRM database.

Manage all client projects and day to day activities, ensuring objectives, schedules and budgets are met and maintained.
Develop and maintain good relationships with applicable sporting bodies.
Build and enhance working relationships with clients and relevant business partners.
Meet and/or exceed annual targets.
In conjunction with business director manage all aspects of client requirements to consistent high standards.
Ensure profitability and meet expected profit margins.
Project management using efficient systems and meeting the Agency's high standards of quality and outcomes.
Manage project staff and ensure high performance standards.

Our client is a leading direct marketing company. They require an accomplished AA marketing manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will develop, establish and maintain effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the business. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and set marketing budget based on historical performance and market conditions. A well known creative agency is looking for an enthusiastic and together account executive to join their team.
