Company Overview:
Established in 1999, this leading IT solutions company provides CRM software and services to clients in over 35 countries. The company requires someone to account manage key accounts - the account manager manages relationships on a strategic level with both the client direct as well as with digital agencies. The Key Account Manager will report into the Client Services Director.
Principal Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Key Accounts
• Develop and document account plans to penetrate the identified target market/customer (five to tena ccounts)
• Manage and keep account plans current
• Understand potential customers' strategic plans and how to add value to meet strategic objectives
Strategic relationship
• Identify key decision makers and their teams/ influences
• Build strategic relationship at the appropriate level -aligning company objectives with client strategy
• Planned, on-going interactions
• Create specific opportunities with defined Return on Customer (RoC)
Successful Proposals
• Deliver quality and professional proposals to the customer as per the division's strategy and procedures
• Ensure that all proposals are financially viable
Communication
• Update CRM ,after every customer interaction
• Do formal, professional presentations as and when required
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
• Matric
• Marketing/ Agency experience
• Five years experience in achieving targets in IT or sales
• CRM knowledge beneficial
• Three years Account /Brand management experience- knowledge of digital campaigns
• Knowledge of concepts of technology enabled, value-added selling
• Knowledge of defined sales cycle methodology
• Knowledge of Accounts / Customer Relationship management
• Strategic business development skills
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Facilitation and presentation skills
• Must be will to travel when required and have own reliable transport.
