The CRM Account Manager will be required to:
• Develop, design and implement Strategic CRM Programmes for a variety of client accounts
• Conceptualise briefs and brief the relevant internal department.
• Implement measurement/evaluation plans and report back to client.
• Implement and manage data segmentation strategies.
• Attend regular client status meetings and monitor client accounts.
• Pro-actively add value to client accounts.
• Conduct desktop and face-to-face research as and when required.
• Develop a close “hands on” working relationship with clients.

Requirements
Key experience required:
• Four to five years Account Management/Agency experience with a definite CRM focus
• An understanding of multi-channelled CRM mechanics/platforms (including digital and social media)
• A passion for, and understanding of, the South African and Global marketing and media industry
• Tertiary degree/diploma preferred, but not a prerequisite (strong working experience in the CRM environment will be key to a successful application)
