Strong communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and liaise with and manage both talent and clients.
Marketing of talent to potential clients and various platforms within the industry.
Ability, and experience, in communicating, meeting and interacting with high profile clients. Provide creative solutions to clients' needs
Maintain a well organised booking and filing system
Following systems and procedures with regards to contractual obligations and booking requests.
Deal with finance with regards to invoicing and payments.
Update profiles of talent on website and with various agencies, etc.
Write business proposals, etc
Adept at handling difficult situations. Sense of maturity.

Requirements
Minimum: Matric and Degree/Diploma (Public Relation, Event Management, Project Management, Communications or Marketing)
Experience in and understanding of talent management or Public Relations agency handling high profile talent;
Also exposure to some, or all, of the following: production company; marketing, events, communications/public relations companies, advertising agency or media sales environment.
Should have marketing skills.
An understanding of the media environment
High administrative competencies, systems and procedures knowledge
Computer literacy: Internet (update), Excel, Word, PowerPoint and E-mail
Driver's licence and own transport.
Proven and stable track record.
Willing to work extended hours and outside of normal working hours
