Experience:
2-3 years experience.
Qualifications:
•Matric with Accounting.
Tertiary qualification in bookkeeping.

Skills:
Computer literacy, MS Office

Well presented and highly professional.
Able to work in a team as well as independently. Team player, decision making, energetic and enthusiastic.

• Review debit notes
• Assist Staff with Queries
• Bank Transfers
• Review creditors Reconciliation
• Processing of cashbook transactions
Weekly
• Checking petty cash
Weekly
• Month end journals
• Accruals
• Prepayments
• Income statement recons
• ABSA Fleet Card
• Assets and depreciation journal
• Check month end overhead creditors
• Look at expenses after month end

The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Manager.
