Qualifications and experience Required:
- Grade 12 with subjects in Accountancy and Computers
- Minimum qualification-National diploma in Cost accounting or Higher
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Factory accounting environment
- Must be a motivated self starter, accurate and punctual
Duties and responsibilities:
- Must be computer literate and must have knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP
- Sales invoicing and credit notes
- Creditors including local purchases
- Production output statistics
- Production recoridng and costing of sales and production
- Preparing journals for the monthly transaction
- List of raw material purchases and payments thereof
- Export incentive recording and claiming
- General office duties
- Leger account reconciliations
- Assist with stock takes and reconcliations
- Monthly preperations of management accounts and budgeting
