The Portal Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for operational issues relating to web/portal services within the Consumer Business Unit:
• Responsible for management of content and information contained on the Consumer portal and websites via a content management system
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the promotions and banners on the portal as requested by the Marketing Division [Adobe PhotoShop skills required]
• Liaise with the contracted Search Engine Optimisation Agency to assist in the management of web analytics etc
Support the Consumer Marketing Division's branding activations:
• Coordinate the development and execution of brand-related activities online, integrating with Retention, Offline and other departments - focusing on online brand touch points including: campaigns, promotions, targeted messaging and other digital initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all Consumer Marketing/Brand policies and procedures
• Manage the weekly Consumer Business Unit digital newsletters for channel partners and customers [HTML coding ability required] etc

Requirements, Experience and Attributes
The ideal candidate for this post should have the following:
Qualifications and skills:
• Tertiary qualification in Digital (New) Media/ Journalism/ Commerce
• MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, basic HTML
Experience:
• In New/Online Media
• Meeting deadlines
