Infrastructure Planning Services is a company involved in the planning and acquisition of telecommunication base stations and has a vacancy for a Personal / Administrative Assistant

KEY OUTPUTS

• Compilation of notices, reports, assessments and other required application formats with the appropriate detail and accuracy. This also includes editing, proofreading and formatting of documents.
• Keeping abreast with current and changing requirements related to reports and assessments.
• General secretarial duties such as general correspondence, attending to and managing telephonic enquiries, arrangement of meetings and taking minutes where necessary.
• General administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, sending facsimiles and submission of reports to relevant parties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• PC Literacy essential i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet
• Previous administrative experience (at least two (2) years)
• Fully bilingual i.e. English and Afrikaans
