Summary:
Responsibility for Plant with regards to the entire Engineering requirements
Responsibility for the Engineering Department
Responsible for plant efficiencies and the running of the plant

Must be hands on with good technical background
Must have strong leadership skills and be hands on
Must have manufacturing background experience with at least 3-5 years Plant Engineering background
Exposure to both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
