Rosslyn: Contact Centre Manager

Requirements:

-White/Indian female approximately 30+ years of age
-Fully bilingual (Eng & Afr)
-Matric plus relevant qualification
-Own transport (must travel to Midrand once weekly)
-Min 3 yrs exp in motor industry
-Min 2 yrs exp in call centre management
-Operations management experience
-Professional and able to handle high stress levels
-Advanced computer literacy
-Excellent knowledge of SLA's, reporting and processes
-Process driven
