Contracts administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Would include, but not be restricted to the following:
Registration of incoming enquiries allocated to you.
Preparation of Quotations/Tenders
Receiving of orders
To assist whenever possible for the satisfactory conclusion of all aspects
of the contract.
Typing of all quotations/tenders
Advice contracts manager of any evident discrepancies between tender/quotation and
order (balance customer order to order acknowledgement)
Load items on impact system
Prepare job cards for factory work if it is within your capacity or seek assistance
from your manager
Liaison with projects manager/customer regarding delivery and other aspects relating
to the smooth running of the project
REQUIREMENTS
An in-depth knowledge of food service equipment and the industry in general.
Computer literacy. knowledge of Syspro, MS word and Excel
would be advantageous.
Experience minimum of 3 - 5 years in the same or similar industry.
Understand the tendering procedure regarding Government
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum qualification will be Matric or Grade 12 equivalent.

A proven track record of success.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure effectively.
High levels of personal planning and organization.
