Secretary

Duties:

• Book flights, hotels and accommodation
• Maintenance Manuals
• Answering telephone calls for the engineers
• Typing, Correspondence and Admin
• Transmittal notes
• Cable ferrules
• Electronic Filing
• Project Filing and establish filing system for new projects
• Archiving
• Photocopying, Scanning, Faxing
• Ensuring Site Payslips get to site
• Minutes of Meetings
• Set up meetings and maintain diaries

Minimum Requirements:

• Secreterial diploma or relevant qualification and Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
• Must be able to work late if required
• Own transport essential
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must have good communication skills
• Proven ability and 5-10 years experience in general office administration functions such as filing, faxing, archiving, minutes of meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Sound understanding of engineering/construction industry
