The EH & S officer is the designated responsible person for assuring a healthy safe operation in manufacturing and national distribution facilities. The functioning of these facilities within Government and Provincial Legislation and the training of all staff in applicable requirements is the incumbent’s prime objective.

Competencies Required:

• Tertiary qualification in EH & S
• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of Government and local authority legislation
• Computer literacy
• Good communication, planning and people skills
• Attention to detail, meticulous, accurate and good investigative skills
• Accurate recording and reporting.
