Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Editing all product content before it is uploaded onto the front-end of www.zando.co.za
• Overseeing the team of content writers (product content only)
• Editing social media content and marketing content as and when required.
• Working within PET (Product Editing Tool) backend of the website to edit content before final Quality Check
• Working with marketing department as and when required - primarily assisting with editing and the occasional bit of writing.
• Researching of brands to provide material for the content writers to work with as new product shipments come in.
About the position:
• Immediate Start
• Tech-savvy, go-getter with meticulous attention to detail
• The editor reports in to the Studio Manager.
• Manage the internal blog.
• Must be flexible with regard to working hours - there may be times when we need to put in some overtime...
Start Date, Level and Salary:
• Immediate start on weekly or monthly basis (TBC as required)
• Mid-level to senior
• Remuneration dependent on experience.

Zando is an online shopping network, which brings South Africa the most fashionable shoes (and soon apparel) from around the world. We are looking for Freelance Content Writers (with the option to become permanent) to be based in Cape Town. The Content Writers will be reporting to the Studio Manager.
Requirements
Education and skill requirement:
• Extremely good writing skills and excellent grammar and spelling.
• Tech-savvy, go-getter with meticulous attention to detail
• Computer skills: Outlook, MS Word and databases.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Ability to effectively plan and delegate work
• A tertiary qualification in copy writing-related field or similar OR extensive experience within the field.
• Organisational Skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Team-player.
