Candidate must have:
- proven media/advertising sales track record
- direct and agency sales - no farmers just hunters needed
- new market knowledge
- comuta advertising knowledge would be a huge advantage
- style, spunk and the ability to take things to a new level
- own car
- good administrative qualities
- solid and stable track record
