Synergize, a rapidly growing, Cape Town based digital marketing agency, is looking for a front end design guru to join our team. If you are looking for a nine to five job then this is probably not for you, but if you are a committed and ambitious graphic / digital design wizard who wants grow with us and work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment while making an impact on the world then we would like to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create high impact website interfaces
- Design front end interface for mobile websites
- Be responsible for aesthetic implementation of your design projects
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing material
- Provide constant innovation by researching local and global trends
- Research and implement latest usability and accessibility practices

Self taught designers have as much chance as those with a formal qualification, a strong portfolio of previous work is however essential.

Requirements
- Strong skills in front end web design
- Posses a keen eye for detail
- Have solid experience in the use of graphic design principles
- A solid understanding of web design, accessibility and usability
- Excellent communications skills
- Be self motivated, take initiative and be independent
- Willingness and hunger to learn

Advantageous
- Experience in design for mobile devices an advantage
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
