Job description
The primary function is:
• to respond to enquiries via phone, email and web with the goal of converting enquiries into sales
• data capturing
• to attend marketing functions and events
• to do follow-up emails and calls
• to assist with general marketing and office management activities

Requirements
Specific requirements:
• Efficient answering of all email queries
• Good telephone manner for incoming telephone queries
• Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
