1.1.7 Receive all visitors and inform the relevant parties.
1.1.8 Order all refreshments for visitors and clients.

Job description
1.1 QUALITY OF WORK

1.1.1 Answer all incoming telephone calls
1.1.2 Route all incoming and internal telephone calls to relevant parties.
1.1.3 Write detailed messages and distribute to relevant parties.
1.1.4 Ensure reception is clean, neat and tidy at all times.
1.1.5 Ensure that the boardroom and meeting rooms are clean, neat and tidy at all times.
1.1.6 Ensure that the boardroom and meeting rooms have essential stationary.
1.1.7 Receive all visitors and inform the relevant parties.
1.1.8 Order all refreshments for visitors and clients.
1.1.9 Book all boardrooms for relevant parties.
1.1.10 Ensure all employees sign the sign-out book.
1.1.11 Must know at all times the location of all employees that are off-site.
1.1.12 Sign all delivery log sheets of suppliers.
1.1.13 Distribute uncollected mail at the end of the day.
1.1.14 Periodically updates the company extension list.
1.1.15 Provide directions to first time visitors.
1.1.16 Receive packages to be posted and inform the driver.
1.1.17 Serve refreshments for all clients and visitors
1.1.18 Serve refreshments, snacks, breakfast and/ or finger lunches for VIP meetings/in house events.
1.1.19 Ordering stationery on a monthly basis
1.1.20 Ordering drinks on a monthly basis

Requirements
1.2.1 Willing to assist others
1.2.2 Well spoken
1.2.3 Telephone manner
1.2.4 Enthusiastic
1.2.5 Clear speaker
1.2.6 Computer Literacy
1.2.7 Must be able to take instructions and orders first time around.
1.2.8 Basic knowledge of company services and products.
1.2.9 Basic knowledge of organisational structure.
1.2.10 Well groomed and presentable.
