Job description
A Mid-Level business analyst with a technical background (Specifically web/online) required to work as part of a young digital team focused on delivering world class websites and other digital products. The successful candidate should be well versed with the latest web technologies and a dedicated contributor to the digital industry as a whole. This position is open to up and coming business analysts who has extensive web / online development experience who would like to grow their careers.

Requirements/Competencies
Minimum three year tertiary qualification - Degree or Diploma with Computer Science or IT major
Web development experience an advantage
Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures.
Possesses working knowledge of HTML, SQL, and database design.

Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
Understands client organisation's direction, structure, and requirements.
Analyses client organisation's industry and competitive position.
Documents and analyses required information and data.
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.
Promotes active listening with team members.
Contributes appropriately to conversations.
Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.
Defines test conditions.
Anticipates client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand.
Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery.
Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.
Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.
