Job description
Responsible for handling the financial and administrative functions for debtors and creditors
Timeous collection of all accounts receivable
MAIN FUNCTION
Full debtors function
Sending out invoices and statements
Reconciling debtor accounts on a daily basis
Dealing with debtors on a daily basis
Dealing with debtor queries
Compiling debtor reports for management
General management of all debtor accounts
Reconciliations
ENVIRONMENTAL OR OTHER CONDITIONS:
Operating as Team Member of the Finance and HR Team within the following regulatory framework:
Code of Conduct and applicable company policies and standard operating procedures
Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Occupational Health and Safety Act
Other relevant Acts
PARAMETERS OF THE JOB:
Constraints: Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Work according to deadlines and quality guidelines as stipulated by the Financial Manager

Requirements
Standard 10 / Matric
Approximately three to five years experience in Debtors / Creditors Control
Very Good knowledge of Pastel and MS Office Programs
Personal Skills/Attributes
Knowledge of operational environment
Knowledge of Client's financial policies and procedures
Ability to work under pressure/ meet deadlines
Financial Analytical skills
Planning and organising
Acting with integrity
Knowledge of Accounting
