Established advertising agency in Cape Town has a vacancy for a Client Liaison to work in a call centre environment on a large account as part of a team focusing on telephonic communications and data management.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Telephonic communication as part of an internal incentive and motivational program for one of Africa's largest retailers.
Updating, maintaining and managing a large database.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client as well as Store Personnel
General system management.
Requirements
You should have:
At least one year experience in a call centre environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
An African language will be highly advantageous.
The ability to cope and work in a fast paced environment.
The ability to work overtime on occasion when required.
Attention to detail is imperative.
Very strong organisational skills.
Highly competent in Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Outgoing and dynamic person who has excellent people skills.
Willing to share responsibility and be part of a close knit team.
Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task.
Problem solving and solution driven
Energetic, loyal and hard working.
