Job description
1- A project manager is assigned to certain sales representative and must perform
the following to assist these particular sales representatives:

a) Ensure all hand over sheets are filled in completely
b) Monitoring the job status at all times
c) Arranging all test prints timeously
d) Invoicing all jobs timeoulsy
e) Ensure that there is sufficient stock for any particular job with the procurement
department.
f) Briefing each job into print
g) Briefing each job into cutting
h) Booking all jobs in for application
i) Communicating with Sales rep throughout the process
j) Dealing with clients for delivery of vehicles for branding and payments
k) Checks the set of prints are ready for application 2-days prior to the actual
application date.
l) Ensure that all paperwork is in order for each job (job sheets and application
drawings etc.)
m) Oversee line up on day of application
n) Ensure that the vehicles are ready for collection (cleaned and at the front of the
building)
o) Ensure that payments are made
p) Ensure that the job sheets are completed and the filed.

2- Other duties include: -
a) Assisting design where required.
b) Booking photos & measurements of vehicles when required.
c) Overtime work if it is required to ensure that the jobs run smoothly.
d) Call on clients when required.
e) Assisting with on site application in terms of managing the operation when
required.
f) Attending daily application meetings at 07h30.
g) Attending daily status meetings at 08h15.
h) Addressing all issues with the head project manager.
i) Performing other general office administration duties required from time to time.
j) Constantly look for ways to fast track and improve the systems in place.
k) Ensuring that all administration is kept up to date at all times.
l) Updating all systems as required.
m) Ensure that all processes relating to your jobs are updated on the electronic
board.
n) Send out Branding date confirmation emails
o) Ensure that all vehicles are coming in the next day.
p) Ensure that no sets are kept in PM office

1.1 Your manager will set objectives for the job with you and these will be reviewed on
a regular basis. Interim performance reviews (at least every six months) will be
held during the duration of your employment, where any relevant training needs or
areas of improvement will be identified and agreed to. This will ensure the
maximisation of your ability to meet your deliverables.

1.2 Management reserves the right to transfer you to other positions, work areas or
tasks to suit the needs of the business.

Requirements
1. Relevant diploma or degree in Project management or production management.
2. At least 2 years' experience in project management or a similar field (references
essential).
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
4. Drivers license and own car.
5. PC skills including MS word, excel and Outlook.

1. Can run with multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Is able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
3. Has the ability to work closely with staff on all levels of the organisation, and
across all departments.
4. Have excellent communication skills.
5. Is disciplined enough to work on their own, but is also able to work in a team.
6. Is able to take initiative and deliver an above average standard of service to clients.
7. Is able to work well under pressure to meet conflicting and tight deadlines.
8. Is systematic and well organised with good time management skills.
9. Has a confident phone manner.
