Job description
Integer is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Joshua Doore account.

- Management of Joshua Doore account including day to day activity, project management, financial accountable and client relationships
- Strong client management skills - ability to grow strong relationships with clients on a daily basis (both professional and personal)
- Multi-tasking - ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure completion on time and on budget
- Facilitate weekly status with clients and partake in weekly internal statuses.
- Financial Acumen - Ability to manage budgets, CE's, billings and recons. Accountable for project profitability and invoicing.
- Collaboration: Ability to lead a team of production, creatives, traffic manager and cross-agencies
- Attention to detail - operates with flawless execution
- Ability to decipher client briefs, write creative briefs and debriefs and operate within our agency process/systems. - Clear and concise writing and presentation skills
- Assist in support activities - boardroom bookings, meeting set-up, equipment, catering, etc.
- New Business support when necessary

Requirements
- 10 years experience in retail or shopper marketing, either agency or brand
- Bi-lingual, English and Afrikaans
- Understanding of the retail environment and tactics/tools used to communicate with shoppers. Basic understanding of in-store tools/pamphlets, tent cards, wobblers, etc.
- Industry knowledge - has solid understanding of shopper marketing industry and stays current with trends in the marketing industry
