Black Snow Communications is currently looking for a competent Web Designer for a fast growing Digital Agency in Olivedale, Randburg.
You will be part of a driven and growing small agency based in Johannesburg and we'll expect you to contribute your knowledge and expertise to enhance our business and that of our client's. This position will allow you to work in the fast-growing digital space creating and evolving brands in the online space from websites to mobi sites, online advertising, social media and more.
About you:
You have exceptional Web Design skills. You've been designing websites and online interfaces for the past three - five years (high-end experience) and understand the fundamentals of producing accurate, good looking and professional online work.
Responsibilities
- Apply expert knowledge and experience in the design of innovative websites and digital applications, from concept to roll out.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project cycle.
- Actively manage own projects and team members where necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of three - five years' experience in Web design. Relevant / recognised degree or diploma or related discipline / work experience.
Strong knowledge of HTML (5), CSS (3), PHP
Setup and deloy - CMS systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal
Advantageous
Experience with MySQL, javascript and jQuery
Experience developing for smart phone platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile7) is optional but a huge plus.

Personal Skills/Attributes
You will have the love and the passion for web and interactive design and work with various departments to translate briefs into working campaigns.
