NEO@Ogilvy has a vacancy for a Senior Account Manager - Digital, to join the NEO Johannesburg Team.

The purpose of this role is the management of client accounts and all facets of client service and of the delivery of agency services in an efficient and effective manner.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Attending client meetings.
• Management of client expectations and briefs:
• Ensure that the Agency's actions are in-line with agreements, procedures and budgets, and reflect a unified and agreed point-of-view.
• Ensure that Client accounts are correct and delivered on-time, and that payment is effected timeously.
• Write contact reports and forward these to the Client within 48 hours after every meeting.
• Write contact reports, creative briefs, timing plans and status reports.
• Work with other departments to ascertain timetables, pursue estimate approval and follow the project through actual production and final presentation.
• Delegate administrative responsibilities to Account Executives on a project basis, including all aspects of the creative process.
• Assist in the professional growth of the Account Executives.
• Work closely and provide support to the Account Director.
• Manage media:
• Collect signed quotes and media schedules against jobs and supply these to the Account Director so that the budget can be updated.
• Present creative work to clients.
• Give strategic input.
• Control budgets and monthly billings.

Requirements
Minimum, NON-NEGOTIABLE requirements include but are not limited to:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Advertising.
• Three to five years experience in Digital

Functional requirements include but are not limited to:
• The ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs.
• A sound knowledge of the relevant structures and processes in an ad agency.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Commercial capability is imperative.
• Good interpersonal skills (team player) within the agency and with client interaction.
• Good planning ability.
