An Excellent opportunity for a Search Executive / Search Account Executive / Search Marketing Executive to join a leading Digital Agency!
You should preferably have an excellent working knowledge of Pay Per Click Search Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (PPC / Paid Search / SEO / Natural Search / SEM). As the Search Marketing Account Executive / Search Executive you will be working on integrated campaigns for a wide range of clients some of which include, Old Mutual, Private Property, Bid or Buy, Vodacom and Nedbank. You will be expected to respond to search briefs with effective campaigns that exceed client objectives.
Other responsibilities will include: Management of client budget; Active management of client campaigns; Ownership of campaign reporting, including analysis and recommendations based on past activity; developing client SEM / Search Engine Marketing strategy. You must be passionate about internet related / digital marketing technology.
In terms of the skill set required, this is a dual role; initially largely PPC focussed but then increasingly learning and using other disciplines of digital marketing like mobile, display and SEO and web analytics. Excellent English skills are a must, creative or technical capabilities in the fields of graphic design or web design are a nice-to-have.
The role initially will be one of supporting the Paid Search Manager with client work in key PPC and Web Analytics accounts. Initially, lots of campaign design and analysis but progressing quickly.
Requirements
Day to day tasks
* Bid management and Keyword Strategy
* Reporting and Optimisation of campaigns
* Client and internal liaison
* Managing Search engine delivery
* Planning, proposing and motivating for new paid search campaigns (search engine distribution, keyword planning, messaging strategy etc)
*Financial management of paid search campaigns
*Setting up and tracking search campaigns in 3rd party tools such as Dart, Omniture, bidbuddy etc *Creating campaign optimization rule sets
*Campaign monitoring, data analysis and optimisation recommendations *Interacting with client base of high profile PPC clients
*Delivery on strategic goals, meeting set revenue targets, discovering new revenue opportunities including identifying up-sell possibilities
