Job description
An outstanding opportunity exists within the top SA BLT agency: Offlimit Communication.
We are looking for a strong client service person to play a pivotal role within the account management of the company clients.

Requirements
Actively managing the day-to-day running of retained clients business and maintaining regular contact with them.
1. This will include:
a. Getting briefed by client and pitching new ideas to client.
b. Assist in the preparation of strategic and tactical plans for clients.
c. Following up with clients pertaining to communication.
d. Preparing for and attending status meetings with clients.
e. Taking minutes and issuing accurate contact/status reports within 48 hours of the meeting.
f. Constantly seeking fresh ideas and angles and discussing these with clients.
g. Ensure that deliverables agreed to with clients are addressed and achieved.
h. Prepare budgets
i. Select required suppliers and supervise suppliers'
j. Supervise project execution and be accountable for the success of the project assigned.

2. Participate in the sourcing of leads for new business prospects.
Advantageous
Experience in a BLT agency
Experience in the events industry
Degree or diploma
