Company Description
Work in association with your Account Director to manage a team of researchers this includes taking responsibility to manage the day to day work allocation within your team. Play an active role in developing line reports, including training, mentoring and coaching them where necessary. Manage the research process for your client's projects.

Requirements
• Employment Equity position, candidates must be South African Citizens
• Three year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, economics of social sciences
• At least four to five year's relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
• Must have primary research market research experience
• A passion for brands and advertising is a must, a curiosity as to understand consumer thinking and opinion and a desire to advise clients how to improve their brands performance in the market place.
• Regularly presenting to clients
• Managing all stages of projects from brief to presentation
• At least one years experience managing a small team/line reports
