Job description
• Processing of exports to 13 destinations in Africa (large structures, consumables and printed material)
• Negotiating rates for transport by sea, road or airfreight
• Monitoring transport rates to various destinations
• Calculating DDP pricing to 13 destinations for Capex applications in respect of structures to be exported
• Capex administration
• Creating Export documentation and certification as per country requirements per export
• Marine Insurance administration of exports
• Producing monthly export analysis reports
• Monitoring and administration of 6 courier accounts, both domestic and international
• Import clearance and logistics for imports by airfreight and sea freight
• Domestic logistics for Digital screens being launched around SA
• General administration functions

Requirements
• Relevant diploma / degree in Logistics
• Must have at least three years experience in shipping administration
• Previous import and export experience
• Full understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Must be computer literate - MS Office
