Job description
• Assist and learn from Senior Account Managers
• Prepare all contracts and maintain contract register
• Assist in reparation of all aspects of sales proposals
• Assist department in attending to telephone calls
• Assist in collating and preparation of photo checks
• Sort out queries and follow through on orders
• Complete general filing
• General secretarial functions
• Sourcing of direct clients - Telesales
• Grow direct business in BLNS (Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland) markets
• Manage small renewals
• Attend workshops and functions that may continue after hours
• Deal with clientele on all levels

Requirements
• Relevant Tertiary education
• Knowledge of sub-Saharan Africa
• Previous experience in media sales will be advantageous
• Advertising Agency background would be advantageous
• Computer literate - MS Office with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have valid drivers licence and own vehicle
