Job description
We are looking for someone who has a keen understanding of technology and the way people use and embrace technology and specifically Social Media. A general understanding of digital platforms and marketing is also a necessity. The role will require analysis of social media trends for our client brands and assessing opportunities for growth in both their social media presence and their brand in general.
The department you will be working in is part of a cutting edge field which is rapidly growing and changing. We are constantly trying to find ways to grow our clients businesses online, therefore the candidate will need to be comfortable both with communicating to client and educating and alerting fellow colleagues in these opportunities.
We encourage the members of our team to develop their own methodologies and cultivate their own set of tools for analysis and reporting and to constantly be learning.
Necessary Skills:
Candidate needs to be comfortable communicating and presenting to clients
Online Reputation Management and Reporting
Minimum two years experience in online
Qualifications:
Minimum four years experience in online and ORM
Honors Degree or equivalent
Software:
Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Radian6, Brandseye or experience with similar ORM reporting tools
Beneficial Experience:
Social Media and Web Analytics
Identifying and Reporting on Brand Trends and Issues
Structuring and Presentation of Insight and Data to clients
General Online Research
Structuring and Analysing Research Surveys
