Job description
My client is looking for an Account Manager with approximately two years' experience in fmcg brands.

You will work in a small team managing your own projects under the guidance of an Account Director.

You will be :
• Managing client relationships and contact with middle-level clients (Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers).
• Consolidate and inspire existing clients
• Develop trusting partnerships with clients
• Ensure a complete understanding of clients business needs and market challenges.
• Ensure that work developed answers the communication needs of the brands.
• Ensure plans (marketing, communication, strategic and media) are timeously in place for each brand and that all work and effort is evaluated against these.
• Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns and projects.
• Actively seek out opportunities to grow existing business
• Ensure that communication and media strategies are developed and monitored regularly to ensure that they are relevant.

Requirements
• Matric
• Tertiary Education - ideally an appropriate Management, Marketing or Communications qualification
• Minimum of four years Client Service experience

Personal Skills/Attributes
You must be able to work autonomously and have a great eye for detail.
Your organisational and interpersonal skills need to be exceptional.
