Division: Central Sales Division (Cape Town)
Media24 Magazines currently offers this career challenge in the Central Sales Division to an appropriately qualified and experienced person with an understanding of the advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivery of Advertising Revenues for titles specified.
• Develop and deliver maximum potential customer revenues.
• Retention of all customer annuity income.
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels.
• Improve and broaden customer relationships.
• Establish the Media 24 Magazine offering as solution of choice.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Business Managers, and Support Services in the development of creative solutions and proposals for target markets.
• Participate in events and processes.
• Qualify and assess opportunities using the appropriate SMART guidelines.
• Completion of duties and tasks per standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or a minimum of three years media experience as an advertising agency account manager in a relevant/magazine environment
• A passion for media and brands
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Self-motivated, analytical skills, energetic and results-driven
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop relationships quickly and effectively
