DIGITAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: Durban Based

•We are looking for the dynamic Account Executive of all Digital Marketing at Jonsson, the leader of work wear on the African continent
•The opportunity for an ambitious individual is endless. Unlike most traditional companies, Jonsson boasts its own internal Research and Development, Garment and Graphic Design and Brand Departments, allowing the individuals to explore and achieve limitless goals and objectives.
•Whilst the rate of growth at Jonsson can only be described as nothing short of phenomenal, the business realises that its development of a digital strategy has not been at quite the same pace. And that's why we need you!
•The Digital expert will be required to immerse themselves in the business and develop, execute and deliver the company's digital marketing strategy, plans and budgets from a Brand Communication, Internal Communication (Factories, Offices and DC) and Customer Communication perspective.
•The digital strategy needs to cover, amongst others, on-line, web, new media, data base management and search engine optimisation.
•Online / web deliverables will include the management of, amongst others, a training module (for customers and internal purposes), developing and rolling out tools for internal communication, revamping current websites and the company portal, creating a relevant and engaging presence on social media sites and developing and managing the digital components of all brand campaigns.
•From a New Media perspective, you will be responsible for keeping your finger on the pulse, reviewing technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
•Database management will include establishing databases for specific industries and to manage the development of creative digital tools to communicate with them accordingly.
•You will be required to drive traffic to our sites by developing and executing solid plans for SEO, increasing page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site 'stickiness and to encourage repeat usage.

Requirements
•Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
•A qualification in the digital field
•Approximately three years proven experience in digital marketing and online
•Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the business strategy
•Experience of digital content management
•Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis (Excel)
•Proficiency using tools to track and report on response rates, traffic and pick up

•Good people's person who enjoys dealing with internal customers, external customers and third party suppliers.
