•To be the face of the Jonsson Academy - an internal training and coaching department within the Jonsson Group - the leading workwear company in Africa.
•This is a very prominent position where you have a massive ability to positively influence a very wide audience of internal staff and customers around the country.
•You will be required to collate the course content by interacting with various departments and then to passionately deliver the syllabus in a way that lights up people's eyes and "Jonsson'izes" them.
•You will need to be a good project manager with outstanding organisational skills to ensure people stick to deadlines so that your course content can be ready on time to deliver amazing presentations.
•With the support of the Creative Department and external suppliers, you will be required to develop tools to assist in the role out of the Jonsson Academy including trade presenters, brochures, Jonsson booklets and short video's about the company and our products, processes and value's.
•You will also help the Jonsson Digital Expert to develop course content for on-line training and tests

Requirements
The experience we're looking for...
•Relevant degree
•Minimum of three to five years teaching / coaching experience, at a school or at a company. Teaching is a gift - you have to be passionate about people and relaying a message - always ensuring that the quickest learner in the class remains stimulated whilst balancing this with ensuring the slower learners are not left behind
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and basic understanding of Excel.
•Has a natural aura and presence when it comes to presenting in front of audiences and can hold a classes attention for extended periods of time
