Job description
A vacancy exists for a Classified Telesales Executive to be responsible for the Tele-canvassing of The Citizen Classified Section.

Main Responsibilities:
•Tele-canvass for new clients on a daily basis to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
•To analyse new revenue trends and opportunities available in the Classified Market in order to achieve new business revenue.
•To ensure growth in your individual database and maintenance thereof in order to enhance customer relationships through excellent service.
•Ensure that daily deadlines are met by adhering to the streamlined booking and payment process in order to eliminate bad debt.
•Complete daily and monthly telesales reports.

Core Requirements:
• Matric certificate.
• Minimum two years advertising sales experience.
• Proven telecanvassing skills.
• Market knowledge and insight.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong customer service ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer Literate.
• Good administrative skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Own transport essential.
