Job description
• Work mainly unsupervised and produce for sign off by line manager
- Proposals
- Costing
- Discussion guides
- Recruitment questionnaires
- Reports/Presentations
• Manage and carry out all aspects of fieldwork (set up, moderation, trouble shooting)
• Analysis through to a strategic level
• Present findings to Clients
• Manage project deadlines
• Manage cost efficiency of projects
• Travel to client meetings and fieldwork as and when required (may require occasional local overnight and International travel)
• Develop/manage more junior members of the team

Requirements
• Three year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, psychology, social sciences
• At least four years' qualitative market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy (Proven marketing research experience essential)
• Project Management a must
• Formulating methodology, samples and proposals
• Moderation and fieldwork management
• Analysis and reporting
• Presenting results
• Minimum six months experience on an SRE level
• Experience in team management added benefit
• PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills
• Level appropriate qualitative research skills
