Job description
We are looking for someone who loves to code to work on a range of exciting projects. The successful applicant will work on everything from fixing existing sites to creating some sites from scratch.

If you can build a database system which is linked intelligently to well structured PHP code, make a user friendly, search engine friendly website then you will enjoy this job.

We want someone who can
• Fix existing code, without creating new problems
• Create a secure site which will not be hacked
• Create a system using the latest coding techniques
• Is always learning new methods of improving coding
• Keeps up with W3C standards
• Can solve problems intelligently so that users find the site easy to use
• Is not afraid of constructive criticism
• Can work without supervision and produce results within deadlines

The successful candidate will have his or her work tested by several people. These tests will count towards monthly performance reviews, which is why it is important that the applicant can test his or her own work for problems, fix these problems, set realistic deadlines and write code which fulfills all required specifications.

Other skills required:
• Excellent knowledge of website security
• Excellent PHP programming
• Excellent My SQL database programming
• Good knowledge of Javascript, AJAX, CSS and HTML
• Good problem solving ability
• Good English
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to take written or verbal instructions and complete projects as specified
• Meticulous
• Excellent ability to test own work and fix problems
• Must have at least three years work experience
