Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
* Developing and nurturing a structured pool of talents * Organisational development * Driving and managing Transformation process * Creating and fostering a culture of learning * Implementing Performance Management Systems to encourage a highly motivated and driven team * Developing and implementing systems to encourage discipline; freedom; performance ownership and teamwork * Visiting of different stores is required * Maintaining of an Effective HR structure and systems which allows for good management practice * Keeping abreast of all the Labour Laws * Developing of HR strategies.

Requirements
* BA degree (Psychology)/ or HR degree * Min. 5 years HR experience at Management level * Experience in all HR disciplines are essential * A list of leadership roles would support your application
