Job description
Ince (Pty) Ltd, a progressive and dynamic integrated communications agency has an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty Programme Manager at its Cape Town offices. The position involves actively researching new Business to Business loyalty opportunities, strategically planning, implementing and building the business development component within the 1:1 Relationship Marketing business unit in relation to Loyalty Programs.

Come up with new and exciting methods of developing business. Contact new and existing business establishments and clients to solicit business and to establish ongoing business relationships. Provide solutions to internal and external clients and advise on offerings. Achieve departmental and individual budget targets. Should be flexible in work hours.

Requirements
Qualified with a minimum of five years experience in Loyalty Programs and preferably have Business to Business Loyalty market experience. Excellent comprehension of market trends and business models. Understanding the direction in which the Industry operates and capable of demonstrating a track record in this field.

Advantageous
A strong knowledge and familiarity with data management, information governance, integration and trend analysis would serve as a direct advantage.

Must have business savvy and a passion for working with Loyalty Programs. Excellent verbal, written communication and strong presentation skills. Capable of complex selling opportunities and professionally dealing with decision-makers. Able to think independently and work without supervision. Outgoing personality with the ability to interact positively on all levels. Pay attention to detail and show initiative with flexibility. Able to be service and customer orientated and be part of a team of diverse people. Free thinker and solution driven, Capable of being part of driving the sales / business vision within the team.
