My client, a small legal firm seeks an Afrikaans speaking (first language) Receptionist. The applicant must live in the Tableview area and must be computer literate on Ms Office. This is a great opportunity for a youngster who wish to gain work experience. The above language criteria and area of residence is an important requirement. Please no chancers.
You will be responsible for:

* Answering of a small switchboard.
* Serving refreshments.
* General office admin ie; faxing, filing, photocopying.
* Attend to walk-in clients.
* Typing of general correspondence
* Assist Legal Secretary with any administration.
