Job description
To be the day to day client contact for major key client, delivering an efficient and effective service while meeting performance standards of the agency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all client projects and day to day activities, ensuring objectives, schedules and budgets are met and maintained.
Develop and maintain good relationships with applicable sporting bodies.
Build and enhance working relationships with clients and relevant business partners.
Meet and/or exceed annual targets.
In conjunction with business director manage all aspects of client requirements to consistent high standards.
Ensure profitability and meet expected profit margins.
Project management using efficient systems and meeting the Agency's high standards of quality and outcomes.
Manage project staff and ensure high performance standards.

Requirements
Minimum of five to seven years at middle management level.
Excellent presentation and communications skills at a senior level.
Tact and negotiation skills.
Finance and budget experience essential.
Good strategic thinking ability.
Pro-active and able to assist with client development.
Good IT skills and ability to work with numbers.
Ability to prioritise.
Work well in a stressful and pressured environment.
Drivers license essential.
Able to travel, work long hours and weekends.
Willing to be hands on.

Network or contacts with soccer sporting bodies and sports media.
