One+ year's agency experience, which includes direct client experience.
Technical and Management experience:

Overview
Client relationship management
HTML / CSS - promo's, mailers, skins to site.
Flash skills - Updates to site, animated banners, publishing trailers, skins.
Sorenson - Digitizing trailers

Technical Understanding
• Demonstrate good understanding of all technical aspects of the role (flash, HTML, design integration etc).
• Demonstrate effective understanding of technical advances and best practices.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all technical aspects of the process.

Customer Relationship Management
Develop effective client relationships to instil confidence within your clients and to win their trust.
• Liaise directly with clients and ensure client needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.

• Be proactive in all client dealings by driving the project tasks to delivery, rather than waiting to be briefed.
Work with client and project lead to scope out and plan delivery.
• Liaise with the client to organise the production time on the schedule.
