This position is the perfect opportunity for a medium - heavyweight professional (five to ten years experience) looking to be an important part of a free-thinking, unconventional agency.

Requirements
INTELLECTUALLY we require:
Someone who is quick thinking, creatively minded and seriously organized
A mind that can quickly learn and understand the personality of a given brand
The ability to communicate well in written- and spoken word (Preferably in both English and Afrikaans)
An approach to projects that includes great attention to detail and overall excellence
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Well groomed, confident, tactful with a persuasive manner

An impressive CV as well as good references will also go a long way.

Personal Skills/Attributes
OPERATIONALLY we require
An advanced ability with Microsoft Office based software (Mac knowledge a plus)
- Word
- Excel
- Powerpoint
- Acrobat
You must be experienced and well versed in the Marketing, Advertising, Media and PR environment
A good understanding of various production forms (printing, digital, electronic)
Experience in managing and reporting multiple projects for multiple clients
The ability to report clearly and effectively to management and directors
Flexibility and strong project management skills a must
Ability to work long hours, handle deadlines and work under extreme pressure
Managing a portfolio of accounts
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
Leadership and the ability to build existing relationships and generate new business
