Our expanding international company is seeking a sales manager to supervise our sales department.

The job role involves ensuring sales teams meet their targets and overseeing the general day-to-day running of the department. You would have a minor role in the selection and recruitment of new sales staff. It is also possible that you might be asked to occasionally assist with in-house sales training too.

Our ideal candidate would have the following:
• Minimum of 3 years sales managerial experience
• UK work experience (our clientele is British so this is essential)
• Call centre managerial experience (advantageous)
• Proven record of previous in-house training (advantageous)

Working hours: 9.30am to 7.00pm (Mon- Fri)
Salary: R12 000 plus 1% commission (earned in Pounds)
